We're Growing!
Rachel Pohl Art is looking for a Customer Service & Operations Associate to join our small, Montana-based team. This person will be the first point of contact for our customers and online community — the voice that helps make every interaction thoughtful, colorful, and aligned with our love of the outdoors.
We’re looking for someone who feels at home in nature, loves color and creativity, and is excited about working for a woman-owned brand rooted in movement and getting outside. If you have customer service experience (bonus points if it’s with an outdoor brand), are detail-oriented and organized, and want a role that can grow with you — we’d love to hear from you.
This is a part-time role with room to expand into areas like design support, community experiences, meet-ups, and marketing. If you’re excited about being part of a nimble team where your voice and ideas matter, this could be the place for you.
Over time, this role may grow to include opportunities in:
• Design support
• Marketing initiatives
• Community events and meet-ups
• Brand collaborations
Experience in customer service is required, and familiarity with outdoor brands is a plus. Bonus skills include social media marketing, email marketing, digital advertising, or account management.
